Gloriously rich and complex, a herby honeyed Palate with a cutting cleansing acidity . Andrew B. Sun May 06 18:28:40 UTC 2012 at a friends house sashko k. Thu Mar 08 12:35:47 UTC 2012 at a friends house A wonderful heady, rich, perfumed blend. If you're looking for a New World style "fruit bomb", you're not going to find it here. What you will find though is everything the French can do better than any other country in the world when it comes to wine - complicated flavours! I don't mean that in a bad way.... it's just an intense, serious and altogether "full-on" drink. The initial aroma is Parma Violets (maybe that was just me), then on the palate there are interesting notes of herbs, cut grass and maybe even a slight hint of liquorice! It's going to be too full on for some - perhaps even too unusual for others. But, it's definitely my cup of tea! Darren L. Simon W. Tue Nov 01 21:25:04 UTC 2011 Flag this wine as duplicate
